Custom & Made to Order
All custom orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit to cover materials and labour. If you change your mind after production has commenced, a 75% refund will be issued in accordance with our standard returns conditions below.
Ready to Ship
Items from our ready to ship collection are eligible for a full refund (excluding postage) within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.
Sale and discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.
Conditions of Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Returned within 7 days of receiving your order, with tracking number provided
- Unworn, unaltered, unwashed and undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags attached
Items returned outside of these conditions will be deemed ineligible and sent back to you at your cost.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, we'll make it right. We can offer:
- Express repair, pending the nature of the damage
- An express remake of your garment
- A full refund inclusive of original postage
To lodge a return or report a fault, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.
